Free Washington State Employment Contract

1. PARTIES

This Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of [DATE] (the "Effective Date"), by and between [EMPLOYER NAME], a [STATE OF INCORPORATION] corporation with its principal place of business at [EMPLOYER ADDRESS] ("Employer"), and [EMPLOYEE NAME], residing at [EMPLOYEE ADDRESS] ("Employee").

2. AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT

The Employee’s employment with the Employer is "at-will." This means that either the Employee or the Employer may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without advance notice, subject to the requirements of Washington State law.

3. POSITION AND DUTIES

The Employer hereby employs the Employee in the position of [JOB TITLE]. The Employee agrees to perform the duties and responsibilities customarily associated with this position and such other duties as may be assigned by the Employer from time to time. The Employee agrees to devote their full business time, attention, and best efforts to the performance of their duties.

4. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

As compensation for the services rendered, the Employer shall pay the Employee a [SALARY/HOURLY RATE] of [AMOUNT], payable in accordance with the Employer’s standard payroll practices. The Employee shall be eligible for such benefits as are generally made available to similarly situated employees of the Employer, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefit plans.
