Free Texas Month-to-Month Rental Agreement

1. PARTIES

This Texas Month-to-Month Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [DATE] by and between [LANDLORD NAME] ("Landlord") and [TENANT NAME] ("Tenant"). The parties agree as follows:

2. PREMISES

Landlord agrees to rent to Tenant the residential property located at [PROPERTY ADDRESS], Texas ("Premises"), including [list any included items like appliances].

3. TERM

This Agreement creates a month-to-month tenancy beginning on [START DATE]. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice as required by Texas Property Code § 91.001.

4. RENT

Tenant shall pay [MONTHLY RENT] due on the 1st of each month. Late fees apply after 3 days. Security deposit of [DEPOSIT AMOUNT] is held per Texas law and returned within 30 days of tenancy end.
