1. PARTIES

This Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of [DATE] (the "Effective Date"), by and between [COMPANY NAME], a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, having its principal place of business at [COMPANY ADDRESS] ("Employer"), and [EMPLOYEE NAME], residing at [EMPLOYEE ADDRESS] ("Employee").

2. POSITION AND DUTIES

2.1. Position. Employer hereby employs Employee in the position of [JOB TITLE]. Employee shall report directly to [SUPERVISOR NAME/TITLE].

2.2. Duties. Employee agrees to perform such duties as are customarily associated with the position and such other duties as may be assigned by the Employer from time to time. Employee agrees to devote their full business time, attention, and best efforts to the performance of these duties.

3. AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT

3.1. At-Will Status. Employee acknowledges that their employment with the Employer is "at-will." This means that either the Employee or the Employer may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without advance notice, subject to the requirements of applicable New York State law.
