1. PARTIES

This Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of [DATE], by and between [EMPLOYER NAME], a [corporation/LLC] organized under the laws of New York, with its principal place of business at [EMPLOYER ADDRESS] ("Employer"), and [EMPLOYEE NAME], an individual residing at [EMPLOYEE ADDRESS] ("Employee").

2. POSITION AND DUTIES

2.2 Employee agrees to devote full working time and attention to the performance of duties and to comply with all policies of Employer.
