1. PARTIES

This Freelance and Consulting Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of [DATE] (the “Effective Date”), by and between [CONSULTANT NAME], an individual/entity with a principal place of business at [CONSULTANT ADDRESS] (“Consultant”), and [CLIENT NAME], an entity with a principal place of business at [CLIENT ADDRESS] (“Client”).

2. SERVICES

3.2 Termination for Cause. Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice if the other party commits a material breach of any term of this Agreement and fails to cure such breach within [NUMBER] days of receiving written notice.
