1. PARTIES

This Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of [DATE] (the "Effective Date"), by and between [EMPLOYER NAME], a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Illinois, with its principal place of business located at [EMPLOYER ADDRESS] ("Employer"), and [EMPLOYEE NAME], an individual residing at [EMPLOYEE ADDRESS] ("Employee").

2. POSITION AND DUTIES

2.1. Position. Employer hereby employs Employee in the position of [JOB TITLE]. Employee shall report directly to [SUPERVISOR NAME/TITLE] and shall perform such duties as are customarily associated with this position and such other duties as may be assigned by the Employer from time to time.

2.2. Full-Time Commitment. Employee agrees to devote their full business time, attention, and best efforts to the performance of their duties and to the furtherance of the Employer’s interests. During the term of this Agreement, Employee shall not, without the prior written consent of the Employer, directly or indirectly engage in any other business, profession, or occupation for compensation or otherwise which would conflict with the performance of their duties hereunder.

3. AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT

3.1. At-Will Status. Employee acknowledges and agrees that their employment with the Employer is "at-will." This means that either the Employee or the Employer may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without advance notice, subject to the requirements of applicable Illinois law.
