1. PARTIES

This Commercial Lease Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of [DATE] (the "Effective Date"), by and between [LANDLORD NAME], with a principal address at [LANDLORD ADDRESS] ("Landlord"), and [TENANT NAME], with a principal address at [TENANT ADDRESS] ("Tenant").

2. PREMISES
