1. PARTIES

This Freelance Consulting Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of [DATE] (the "Effective Date"), by and between [CLIENT NAME], with a principal place of business at [CLIENT ADDRESS] ("Client"), and [CONSULTANT NAME], with a principal place of business at [CONSULTANT ADDRESS] ("Consultant").

2. SERVICES

3. TERM AND TERMINATION
