1. PARTIES

This Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of [DATE] (the "Effective Date"), by and between [COMPANY NAME], a [STATE] corporation with its principal place of business at [COMPANY ADDRESS] ("Employer"), and [EMPLOYEE NAME], residing at [EMPLOYEE ADDRESS] ("Employee").

2. POSITION AND DUTIES

2.1. Position. Employer hereby employs Employee in the position of [JOB TITLE]. Employee shall report directly to [SUPERVISOR NAME/TITLE] and shall perform such duties as are customarily associated with this position and as may be assigned by Employer from time to time.

2.2. Full-Time Commitment. Employee agrees to devote their full business time, attention, and best efforts to the performance of their duties and to the furtherance of the Employer’s interests. During the term of employment, Employee shall not, without the prior written consent of the Employer, directly or indirectly engage in any other business activity, whether or not such activity is pursued for gain, profit, or other pecuniary advantage.

3. AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT

3.1. At-Will Status. Employee’s employment with Employer is "at-will." This means that either the Employee or the Employer may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without advance notice, subject to applicable federal and state laws.
