1. PARTIES

This Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of [DATE] (the "Effective Date"), by and between [EMPLOYER NAME], a [STATE] corporation with its principal place of business at [EMPLOYER ADDRESS] ("Employer"), and [EMPLOYEE NAME], residing at [EMPLOYEE ADDRESS] ("Employee").

2. POSITION AND DUTIES

2.1 Position. Employer hereby employs Employee in the position of [JOB TITLE]. Employee shall report directly to [SUPERVISOR NAME/TITLE] and shall perform such duties as are customarily associated with this position and such other duties as may be assigned by Employer from time to time.

2.2 Devotion of Time. Employee agrees to devote their full business time, attention, and best efforts to the performance of their duties and to the furtherance of the interests of Employer. During the term of this Agreement, Employee shall not, without the prior written consent of Employer, directly or indirectly engage in any other business activity, whether or not such activity is pursued for gain, profit, or other pecuniary advantage, that interferes with the performance of Employee's duties.

3. TERM OF EMPLOYMENT

3.1 At-Will Employment. The parties acknowledge and agree that Employee's employment with Employer is "at-will." This means that either the Employee or the Employer may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, subject to the provisions of Section 8 of this Agreement.
