1. PARTIES

This Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of [EFFECTIVE DATE], by and between [EMPLOYER NAME], a Florida corporation with its principal place of business at [EMPLOYER ADDRESS] ("Employer"), and [EMPLOYEE NAME], an individual residing at [EMPLOYEE ADDRESS] ("Employee"). Collectively referred to as the "Parties."

2. RECITALS

WHEREAS, Employer desires to employ Employee in the position described herein; and WHEREAS, Employee desires to accept such employment under the terms and conditions set forth below; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, the Parties agree as follows:

3. POSITION AND DUTIES

3.1 Employee shall serve as [JOB TITLE] and perform duties including but not limited to [LIST DUTIES]. Employee shall report to [SUPERVISOR TITLE]. 3.2 Employee agrees to devote full business time and attention to Employer's business and comply with all policies.

4. TERM OF EMPLOYMENT

4.1 This Agreement commences on [START DATE] and continues until terminated as provided herein. 4.2 Employment is at-will under Florida law, subject to any specified term or notice requirements.
