Free Colorado Employment Agreement

1. PARTIES

This Colorado Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of [DATE] (the "Effective Date"), by and between [EMPLOYER NAME], a [STATE OF INCORPORATION] [ENTITY TYPE] with its principal place of business located at [EMPLOYER ADDRESS] ("Employer"), and [EMPLOYEE NAME], an individual residing at [EMPLOYEE ADDRESS] ("Employee").

2. POSITION AND DUTIES

2.1 Position. Employer hereby employs Employee in the position of [JOB TITLE]. Employee shall report directly to [SUPERVISOR NAME/TITLE] and shall perform such duties as are customarily associated with this position and such other duties as may be assigned by the Employer from time to time.

2.2 Full-Time Commitment. Employee agrees to devote their full business time, attention, and best efforts to the performance of their duties and to the furtherance of the Employer’s business interests. Employee shall not, during the term of this Agreement, engage in any other employment, consulting, or business activity that conflicts with the obligations of the Employee hereunder.

3. TERM OF EMPLOYMENT

3.1 At-Will Employment. The parties acknowledge and agree that the employment relationship between the Employer and the Employee is "at-will." This means that either the Employer or the Employee may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without advance notice, subject to the requirements of applicable Colorado law.
