1. PARTIES

This Colorado Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of [DATE] (the "Effective Date"), by and between [EMPLOYER NAME], a [STATE OF INCORPORATION] corporation with its principal place of business at [EMPLOYER ADDRESS] ("Employer"), and [EMPLOYEE NAME], residing at [EMPLOYEE ADDRESS] ("Employee").

2. POSITION AND DUTIES

2.1 Position. Employer hereby employs Employee in the position of [JOB TITLE]. Employee shall report to [MANAGER NAME/TITLE] and shall perform such duties as are customarily associated with this position and such other duties as may be assigned by Employer from time to time.

2.2 Full-Time Commitment. Employee agrees to devote their full business time, attention, and best efforts to the performance of their duties and to the furtherance of the Employer’s interests. During the term of this Agreement, Employee shall not, without the prior written consent of the Employer, engage in any other employment or business activity that conflicts with the Employee’s obligations hereunder.

3. TERM OF EMPLOYMENT

3.1 At-Will Employment. The parties acknowledge and agree that the employment relationship is "at-will." This means that either the Employee or the Employer may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, subject to the requirements of applicable Colorado law.
