1. PARTIES
This California Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of [DATE] (the "Effective Date"), by and between [EMPLOYER NAME], a [STATE OF INCORPORATION] corporation with its principal place of business at [EMPLOYER ADDRESS] ("Employer"), and [EMPLOYEE NAME], an individual residing at [EMPLOYEE ADDRESS] ("Employee").
2. AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT
The Employee’s employment with the Employer is "at-will." This means that either the Employee or the Employer may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without advance notice, subject to applicable state and federal laws. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted to be in conflict with or to eliminate or modify in any way the employment-at-will status of the Employee.
3. POSITION AND DUTIES
The Employer hereby employs the Employee in the position of [JOB TITLE]. The Employee agrees to perform such duties as are customarily associated with this position and such other duties as may be assigned by the Employer from time to time.
